Terms of Service

Larna ("Larna", "we", "us") is operated by Soumy Batra, an individual based in Paris, France. Larna is currently in pre-launch. These Terms govern your use of the website getlarna.xyz and any related services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Larna is a platform that connects brands with verified customers who create content about products they have purchased. At this stage, the Service allows you to:

• Join the waitlist by providing your email address
• Sign in or verify your identity using your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit

Additional features may be introduced over time and may be subject to additional terms.

If you choose to connect your TikTok account, you authorize Larna to receive the TikTok profile information covered by the permissions you grant. At minimum this is your display name and avatar, used to authenticate you and verify that you own the TikTok account associated with your Larna profile. If you grant additional permissions, this may also include your public profile details and account statistics (such as follower count), used to build your creator profile and match you with brand campaigns. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. Larna does not post on your behalf and never receives your TikTok password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or connecting an account
• Only connect a TikTok account that you own
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service

All content on the Service, including the Larna name, logo, design, and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are in an early development stage and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larna and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
